Board and the homeowners.
- Provide property inspections for
maintenance needs, and to notify residents of violations.
- Solicit and supervise
contractors.
- Supervise on site personnel.
- Provide monthly and annual
meeting notices.
- Organize and attend Board
meetings.
- Assist in purchasing and leasing
process.
- Maintain comprehensive owner
records.
- Inform Board of State Statute
knowledge.
- Solicit insurance proposals.
- Provide 24 hour emergency
service.
