Financial Services

  • Act as a liaison between the Board and the homeowners.
  • Provide property inspections for maintenance needs, and to notify residents of violations.
  • Solicit and supervise contractors.
  • Supervise on site personnel.

  • Organize and attend Board meetings.
  • Assist in purchasing and leasing process.
  • Maintain comprehensive owner records.
  • Inform Board of State Statute knowledge.
